Good food, the service is a bit lacking as not being a local customer we weren't sure how to proceed with our order. Great food though and worth the hassle. I would visit here again. Chefs were very friendly and helpful. Prep cooks prepping food right in front of customers, that's always a great sign. Place was clean and well kept.

Great buffet selection, nice staff, but a little bit concerned about the method of cooking- stone cooktop not cleaned in between orders- someone before me used Mongolian Fire Sauce, and my spice-free food picked up a kick- also my food likely picked up someone else's peanut sauce while cooking, as I am experiencing minor nut-allergy symptoms.

Let me start by saying the one and only reason this isn't a five star review is because the buffet had no seafood option for lunch. Which is pretty standard for Mongolian BBQs. That aside this place is wonderful. The server was extremely kind and very attentive. My drink never went below half full. The sauces on the line were extremely flavorfully. The veggies and meat selections were all fresh. And the egg drop soup was the best I have ever had. And I'm not even really a fan of eg drop soup. Absalutly would recommend and will be returning.

My family comes up from Salt Lake City just to eat here. I grew up eating at this place, and LOVE it. There's nothing like it anywhere that I have travelled. The portions are huge, just like I remember. I always have plenty to take home. The flavors and quality are wonderful, just like I remember. No other location in Boise (or anywhere for that matter) is as good as this one. Don't let the prices and decor fool you, it's a great place to eat.

This restaurant is one of the better ones in Boise. The food here is always fresh and the staff are always super friendly. We never miss a chance to go when we are in town. Great service!

The staff are friendly, and the food is so fresh! I enjoy watching them cook my food. The decor is simple and basic, but the food always tastes great, and the prices are incredible for what you get. I recommend it!

I have been eating at this location for over 20 years. It only gets better with time. I always get my stir fry with beef, carrots and cilantro. I get 8 scoops of garlic and 3 scoops of the house BBQ. My wife always gets the curry, house BBQ and 1 garlic. If you like stir fry, you will Love this place. This is The original location, and no other Mongolian BBQ location is even half as good.

The food is good. Who doesn't like getting to put together a flavor of their own and choosing what comes in it. Worth a visit at least.

We enjoy the sizes and what they have to offer. You can even get a big size and take leftovers home for another meal. Make your bowl just the way you like it! Fun to watch the cooks cook it in front of you.

Cleanest & most friendly Mongolian BBQ restaurant I have ever been to!!! Verrrrrry nice staff & much customer appreciation shown! Something thats rare to find these days. We go here every Friday.... so glad we found this place :D

Not all you can eat like what we are use to. Found that out the hard way when I got a small first bowl and went back for some veggies the second time.

This is a nice clean establishment with fresh options and the staff was friendly and helpful. When I am back in the area again I will revisit.

Service here is pretty good. They don't speak English that well so have some patience. Pretty reasonable price too! Food was a bit sweet for my liking but it was still yummy. U get to pick noodles, vegetables and meat, choose your sauce and they'll fry them together.

Great food. All the items on the line were clean and fresh. The sign for how much sauce to use was very clear and easy to understand.

In my opinion, this is the best Mongolian BBQ place in town. Good fresh ingredients, plenty to choose from. Very nice and friendly staff on hand to keep the menu choices filled and cook the food that you chose. We usually get the food to go and using the Barbarian size bowel,we usually have left overs. Several sauces to choose from. You can mix and match to come up with some interesting combinations. If you haven't tried this place, give a try and you will want to come back
